Cambas Red
A bright dry red with a pleasant ripe grape aroma of red fruits. Very easy to drink and smooth on the palate. Deep ruby colour, soft mature bouquet with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. Full-bodied with a fine balance of ripe currant, blackberry and oak overtones.

Cambas White
A fresh and very pleasant dry white wine, with pale yellow colour. It has a subtle flowery aroma and a smooth soft taste. Very refreshing and clean on the palate. Will accompany nicely dishes with salads, cheese, fish, seafood and any light Mediterranean dishes.

A fresh wine with a brilliant pink colour, intense aroma of red fruits (cherry, tomato) pleasant taste, nervous with long aromatic aftertaste. A good choice for our Meze Banquets as it will fit nicely amongst the various flavours.

Retsina
Retsina (Kourtaki) £12.90
A traditional dry white wine characterised by its pine resin flavour. A favourite in the traditional Greek tavernas and has gained, in recent years, popularity amongst wine drinkers world wide with its unique taste. Produced from Savatiano grapes grown in Attica. Its robust nature makes it a good companion to our Meze dishes with the diverse flavours.
Ritinitis Nobilis (Gaia) £18.50
The only high quality retsina available in the market today. Made from meticulously selected Roditis grapes. Combining these low-yield grapes with a calculated quantity of resin from the Pinus Halepensis pine tree, results in a refreshing taste balanced perfectly between pine and grapes. On the nose hints of mint and eucalyptus. Its lively citrus expression co-existing with aromatic pine within a soft and creamy palate.
White Wines (Medium & Sweet)
Thisbe (KEO) £14.90
Light bodied, medium dry, fruity wine with a distinctive floral aroma. Apples and hints of peach on the palate. Produced from Xynisteri grapes grown in the Akamas region in Paphos. The grapes are cropped early in order to obtain low alcohol content.
Saint Panteleimon (KEO) £13.90
A medium to sweet wine, easy to drink with a rich floral aroma and mellow palate of stone fruit and citrus. Made from Xynisteri grapes grown at a high altitude. Matures in special stainless steel vessels at low temperatures and bottled at isothermic cellars. Can accompany from light appetizers to desserts.
White Wines (Dry)
Aes Ambelis (Kalo Horio) £14.50
A blend of Xynisteri and St Emilion grapes with an aromatic flavour. The intense, fruity character is heightened by citrus blossoms, pears and tropical fruit. Balanced with refreshing acidity, a lingering aftertaste and a hint of fizz on the tongue.
Notios White (Gaia) £18.50
Notios means the ‘southerner’. Two varieties, Moschofilero, from the Arcadian plateaus, gives a vibrant floral flavour while Roditis, from the Corinthian slopes adds a smooth lemony character. Their matching is both elegant and harmonious. Initially sweet with refreshing acidity, light with mineral taste and a sense of lemon at the finish.
Strofilia (Katogi) £18.90
A wine of exceptional elegance and quality from Attica. A blend of Roditis and Savatiano grape varieties. Yellow green in colour, fresh and lively with tones of citrus fruit and a subtle herbal aftertaste. Despite its complexity it delivers a lovely balanced and harmonious taste.
Samaropetra (Kir Yianni) £19.50
A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Gewurztraminer and Roditis. Rich yellow in colour with greenish tints that witness its young character. On the nose white floral aromas and rose scent. The varieties generate a refreshing and delightful blend with aromas of exotic and white skin fruits with a long aftertaste and overtones of smoked wood.
Nobile (Creta Olympias) £25.90
A wine with a nose of citrus and lime aromas, with hints of grapefruit and peach. Made from the Vilana grape from Peza, Crete. On the palate, its elegant acidity balances the tropical fruit and the creamy vanilla notes on a smooth, rich, mouth watering texture. Its subtle complexity prolongs the finish.
Thalassitis AO Santorini (Gaia) £23.90
Thalassitis (of the sea) from the Assyrtiko grape of Santorini is a wine of remarkable character. Subtle aromas of citrus, honeysuckle, pepper and an edge of tart apples. The first sweet assault quickly makes way for acidity and the salty mineral taste of the volcanic terroir that lead to a crisp finish. A superb wine full of personality.
Malagousia (Gerovassiliou) £26.50
Made from the extraordinary old greek Malagousia grape and vinified by its true master to whom the saving of this variety is attributed. A floral, aromatic nose balanced by crisp acidity leads to a full, complex and vivid palate displaying nuances of peach and white stone fruits. Excellent balance and length supporting an extraordinarily delicate array of fruit flavours. A remarkable experience.
Rosé Wines
Makedonikos Rosé (Tsantali) £15.90
A refreshing off dry dry rosé with hints of strawberries made from Xinomavro and Moschomavro grapes from north Greece. On the palate raspberry jam-like flavours. Displays a round and full taste with a surprisingly clean finish.
Akakies (Kir Yianni) £15.50
Inspired by the acacias grown around the Xinomavro vineyards of Amyndeon, this is the only Greek AOC rosé. A very unusual and highly praised wine. Clear, intense and vibrant colour. Its nose is full of strawberry and lemon trees in bloom. Austere yet sensual, fresh with clean succulence and a brilliant acidity.
St George 14-18h (Gaia) £21.90
Made from 100% St George grape. A dry, full bodied, crisp wine that exhibits an intense rose colour and a fruity aroma dominated by cherry and gooseberry, typical of the St George grapes. Has a cool refreshing taste and relatively low acidity. A classic international style similar to the southern French rosés. Its name refers to the amount of hours that the skin is allowed to be in contact with the must in order to acquire its rosy hue.

Paranga (Kir-Yianni) £15.50

Clear light cherry colour with soft red forest fruit on the nose. Well balanced with a nice acidity and length. Refreshing and easy to drink. Cinnamon and carnation mingle with herbaceous green pepper aromas producing a full-bodied and emerging wine.
Naoussa (Boutari) £18.50
A wine from the Xinomavro grape grown in northern Greece. Deep red in colour with a great personality. It gives off a rich bouquet of ripe red fruit that comes with ageing in oak casks (cinnamon, wood) followed by hints of chocolate and vanilla. Full-bodied, well-balanced, with soft tannins at the finish.
Mirambelo (Mediterra) £17.50
From the Peza region in Crete made from the native grapes of Kotsifali and Mandelaria. A medium-bodied supple wine, with a vanilla-toasty nose and a rich texture. On the palate, elegantly soft ripe fruit flavours of plums, cocoa with a raisin-rich, chewy tannic finish and a touch of chilli heat.

Notios is made from low-yield St George grapes of the hills surrounding Nemea. An ultra modern, young, yet sophisticated wine with a velvet carpet of red fruit and a cut of fresh acidity. Deeply coloured with a discreet woody scent. A low tannin content underscores its rich, structured, velvety body.
St George AO Nemea (Skouras) - [2003] £29.90
[100% St George] A wonderful example of the grape with its fruity character. A vibrant, frank and intense but velvety wine with deep red color and hints of sweet oak on the nose. On the palate plummy fruit is dominant. Rich damson, mid palate. A little raw tannin emerges at the finish.
Yiannakohori (Kir Yianni) - [2003/2004] £28.50
[Merlot, Xinomavro] Intense pomegranate red colour and a rich, complex bouquet that discreetly highlights white pepper and cedar. Good acidity and big structure with balance between fruit and tannins. Becomes more supple with ageing. Flavours of dried plum, raspberry, mint with a hint of cinnamon.
Cellar Wines
Nobile Red (Creta Olympias) - [2001] £32.50
[Kotsifali, Mandilaria] From the Peza region of Crete, a deep purplish-red, it has an attractive bouquet of plums, cassis and cherries, with violet and vanilla highlights, hints of tobacco and plenty of spices. It is full-bodied but elegant on the palate, with fine tannins and a well-balanced acidity. Its complexity leads to a long powerful finish, with aromas of almond and spices filling in beneath.
Cava Cambas Reserve (Cambas) £34.90
An exquisite wine made from selected St George grapes with a velvety smooth fruity flavour. Matured for eighteen months in oak barrels and a further eighteen months in the bottle. Deep ruby colour, soft mature bouquet with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. A full bodied wine with a fine balance of ripe currant, blackberry flavours and oak overtones. Long lasting aftertaste. This is a reserve wine only produced in vintage years. Its mud covered bottle also gives it a unique appearance.
Megas Oinos (Skouras) - [2002] £36.50
[St George 80%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%] Rich violet colour with deep blue tinges. Intense aroma of cedar with hints of leather. Swirling releases spices (cinnamon, clove) and small doses of raspberry, raisin and quince. Initial sweetness with highlighted acidity make the wine somewhat lively. The average body and smoothed-out tannins give a luscious flavour which is rounded off by hints of dense fruit and black pepper with the cabernet’s bite.
Gaia Estate AO Nemea – [2001/2003] £45.90
[100% St George] Aged in French oak casks, the deep, juicy flavours of the grape are enhanced by an almost claret-like cedary fragrance. The nose displays a mellow toastiness, with woody notes and coffee, but the main driving force is wonderfully lush sweet berry fruit. On the palate there is density of fruit, very rich and mouthfilling. Medium-bodied with good acidity to keep it fresh as well as some silky tannins adding some savoury strength.

This unique wine from Cyprus appreciated since ancient times was made famous by the Knights of St John during the 11th century crusades. A charmingly sweet wine with a powerful bouquet filled with dried fruits (raisin, fig), spices and oak. It is luscious and full-bodied.
