More than twenty dishes will be served over a couple of hours to take you for a culinary trip around Greece, Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean.
Starting with cold dips which include all your favourites such as Houmous and Tzatziki served with Greek Salad and hot Pita Bread soon to be followed by some tasty appetizers served at room temperature such as Imam (baked aubergines with tomatoes and herbs), Gigantes (oven baked butter beans), Spanakopites (spinach & feta in filo pastry) and Dolmathes (stuffed vine leaves).
Appetizers and dips can be combined to make wonderful ‘blends’ of flavour.
Then follow tasty nibbles such as Souvlaki (pork kebab), Pastourmas (hot spicy Sausages), Falafel (broad bean fritters), Haloumi cheese, Kalamari and lots more.
Finally, favourites such as Mousaka, Stifado (Beef & onions casserole), Greek Style Meatballs and Chicken with Ouzo finish off the Feast of Flavours.
